With the crisis in Ukraine escalating there is an urgent need for humanitarian aid so every little bit we can do helps. 100% of the proceeds of this $45 online class will go to ICRC - Red Cross so not only will you learn to make two of the most delicious dishes in Ukrainian cuisine, Chicken Kiev and Borscht Soup but you'll be joining me for a great cause. I’m also cooking up these dishes because they hold a special place in my heart - they remind me of my time with my Dad whom we lost in the February of 2021. Chicken Kiev was one of our favorite dishes and the one time we could shamelessly use up a whole stick of butter in chicken breasts without a quiver of guilt! It's time for these timeless dishes to make a come back. What's not to love about Chicken Kiev!
